2008 Casa Freschi La Signorina
This is the inaugural release of La Signorina. Four of the world’s greatest white varieties are grown to produce an exotically aromatic, fresh and elegant white wine with alluring vitality and purity. Its aroma displays fresh pear, lemon, grapefruit, lime, pineapple, and apple. The palate has sweet, concentrated fruit, lively acidity, with lovely minerality and texture and a crisp finish.

2007 Casa Freschi Altezza
This is the inaugural release of Altezza. Our philosophy is to bottle under this label only when we consider the result to have great complexity, finesse, elegance, purity and potential longevity. It has an enticingly complex nose of citrus, citrus blossom, spice and nuts. It is rich in flavour with a soft, creamy texture, wonderfully balanced minerally acidity and a long savoury finish.
