Ragazzi Pinot Grigio
Within the small Casa Freschi Adelaide Hills vineyard lies an area of pinot grigio that produces wine with a distinctive fragrance, energy and approachability in its youth. After fermentation and a brief maturation in seasoned French oak barriques, these parcels are carefully blended and bottled young to capture the vibrant fruit, fresh juicy flavour, and opulent texture. The result is a wine with fresh pear, apple, pineapple and grapefruit with a hint of spice, yeast, nut and toast complexity in the background. The palate is fresh and lively, with concentrated ripe pear and nuts, a soft creamy texture supported by crisp, minerally acidity and finishing with excellent lenght of flavour.

Four of the world’s greatest white varieties, riesling, gewurztraminer, chardonnay and pinot grigio, are grown to produce an exotically aromatic, fresh and elegant white wine with alluring vitality and purity. Its aroma displays fresh pear, lemon, apple, grapefruit, lime and citrus blossom. The palate has sweet, concentrated fruit, lively acidity, with lovely minerality and texture and a crisp finish.

Altezza
Our philosophy is to bottle under this label only when we consider the result to have great complexity, finesse, elegance, purity and potential longevity. 100% chardonnay, it has an enticingly complex nose of citrus, citrus blossom, spice and nuts. It is rich in flavour with a minerally, creamy texture, wonderfully balanced fresh acidity and a long savoury finish.

Ragazzi Nebbiolo
Within the small Casa Freschi Langhorne Creek vineyard lies an area of nebbiolo that produces wine with a distinctive fragrance, energy and approachability in its youth. After fermentation and a brief maturation in seasoned French oak barriques, these parcels are carefully blended and bottled young to capture the vibrant fruit, fresh juicy flavour, and opulent texture. The result is a wine with a vibrant red colour and a hedonistic perfume of cherry, raspberry, strawberry, prune, licquorice, herb, dried leaf, rose and violet. The palate is fresh and lively with layers of cherry and berry fruit flavours, supported by full, fine cleansing tannins and vibrant acidity

La Signora
La Signora is a nebbiolo based wine produced from our Langhorne Creek vineyard. It is elegant and enchanting with a
beguiling perfume and silky texture that sits on a bed of beautifully fine savoury tannins. Now released four and a half years after harvest, its purity, balance and structure make it a perfect accompaniment to good food, and enables it to reward long term cellaring. Nebbiolo, said to be the king of all Italian varieties, originates from the Piedmont region of North-West Italy. It is arguably the most challenging and rewarding grape variety that exists. Even with the highest standards of winegrowing and winemaking, great nebbiolo wines can only be produced from great sites.
