Our aim is to respect, improve and express in it's purest form the two small but special pieces of earth we are custodians of. This is ultimately to create beautiful, soulful and healthy wines for people to enjoy.

To accomplish this our wines are grown and made with feel rather than to a recipe. Each day we gain invaluable, intimate knowledge of the vineyards and the environments in which we work in. We endeavour to meet their every need in order for them to provide us with grapes that are ripe, pure, healthy, balanced and full of flavour. Essentially this will determine the quality of wine produced.

Our sole focus from here is to preserve the quality of the grape, to extract all of its goodness and express it in it's purest form in the bottle. We want people to be able to identify and taste the personality of each vineyard. The production of our wines will always be limited by the size of the vineyards and the small yields that we pursue. It is for this reason that our wine may be hard to find, but well worth the search.
