Established in 1998, Casa Freschi is a small, quality obsessed vigneron who own and operate two vineyards, a mature 4.5 Ha red vineyard in Langhorne Creek and a more recently established 3.2 Ha white vineyard in the central Adelaide Hills of South Australia. Our aim is to consistently produce a collection of Australia's finest single vineyard wines. All wines are grown, made, bottled and matured on the property and predominantly sold in the finest restaurants and wine stores around Australia and overseas. Our philosophy is to grow, in harmony with nature, the highest quality and most interesting wines possible from each vineyard, whilst expressing each in their purest form.
